Nu-Heat’s under floor heating solution has been installed as part of a renovation project at a stunning property. Old Pear Tree Barn was little more than a wreck when Simon Hancock and his wife Sue decided to renovate the listed barn into a holiday let. After four years the project is complete and features under floor heating throughout, towel rails in the two bathrooms and a ground source heat pump.
